The recipe I used is in Bette Hagmans second book.
The adaptation for chocolate donuts is adding 1/3 cup sugar and 3 heaping
tbsp cocoa to the dry ingredients. Add about 1/4 cup water to the wet
ingredients.
I just sprinkle with icing sugar or make a glaze with butter, icing sugar and
milk.
