My husband is managing most aspects of his gluten free diet pretty well.  The
occasional beer, however, is the one thing he does miss.  Lacking a reliable
source of commercially available gluten-free beer, I've decided to try to
homebrew.  I have researched the archives, talked to local homebrew stores,
and e-mailed the American Homebrew Association.  These sources have either
not had any answers or not replied.  I am hoping that some members of this
list have an idea of a recipe and/or an information source.  I'm hoping to
make this a Valentine's Day gift!  I will summarize the responses.
