I'll admit that it has been at least a year since I checked, but, when I
called to get the GF status of Coffee Mate they mailed to me a listing of
their products which are GF.

At the top of the list were the products which were NOT GF and these
included the flavored Coffee Mate and also the Coffee Mate Lite.  Having
become violently ill off of the Coffee Mate Lite (BTW - nothing on the label
would indicate it contained gluten), I would strongly suggest you call the
manufacturer before consuming anything but the "regular" Coffee Mate.
