A group member came to our last meeting with a book his son had
purchased for him.
I had seen other prescription guides for both over the counter and
prescription durgs in terms of gluten content, but this is by far the
most comprehensive book I've seen.

CELIAC SPRUE - A GUIDE THROUGH THE MEDICINE CABINET

The introduction reads like this:

"As a person with Celiac Sprue, you are, no doubt, frustrated with the
lack of information available to you so that you can make intelligent
and informed decisions about the foods you eat and the medicines you
take. This book was developed to give you the tools you need to choose
medications you need, to choose medications and vitamins that meet your
special requirements. It is our hope that this publication will make
your life a little easier."

This 8.5 X 11 spiral bound book has specific drug names and gluten free
& lactose status, as well as over the counter drugs, vitamins, and
directories of manufacturers.

WOW! This is a wonderful reference guide.
Our listmate says it cost about $25
I'll say I think it's worth it. ( FYI: It has only USA manufacturers
listed)
