Dear All,

Just to say that this flour is regarded as GF by the
competant authorities in the UK and supplied on
prescription for GF diet in the UK. While my wife has
never had any coeliac response to it it is the usual "junk
food" type flour that most suppliers revel in producing
(you know - the sort of flour that McDonalds would use for
making GF hamburger buns if they made GF ones), so we don't
use it much (just the occasional freebie that we get sent).

I realise that some people do seem to have a reaction to
this flour but the majority of coeliacs appear to be able
to use it safely and biopsy shows no GF reaction. "You
pays yer money and takes yer choice". Most can safely use
this - some unfortunates can't.

Regards

David
