Months ago their was a post on the list(from someone in the States I
believe, I printed it off and brought it home) about ingredients in
some foods at McDonalds. They indicated that the Big Mac's,
obviously minus the buns was gluten free. I just went on McDonalds's
website to their list of ingredients, and lo and behold the
ingredients for the Big Mac sauce lists hydrolzed soy, corn, and
WHEAT protein!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had a couple of big macs in the
last few months (used my own bun), I thought I was very sensitive to
gluten however, it didn't seem to affect me, however, the damage is
done! I don't know where some people are getting their information,
but I won't be eating anything I haven't checked out myself from now
on!! Be very careful.
