Dear Listmates,

A number of you have questioned the reply I received from Proctor & Gamble
re Scope mouthwash. I was quite clear both when I first spoke with the
customer service representative at their 1-800 number and when I followed
up with an e-mailed request about gluten - where it's found, etc. I
followed up with the e-mail in order to 1. have their answer in writing and
2. to be sure they understood what I was asking.

Today I decided to query their reply that it was gluten free and again
e-mailed a request for clarification that all the ingredients and the
sources of the ingredients are gluten free. I was careful to include an
explanation of what I meant by "gluten free".

I'll post to the list when I have a reply.

Helen
