I've just been reading the heart warming message from L. Shriver about how
the list members came thru with many, many helpful suggestions that helped
her little girl.Wonderful!!

  As I read, I came across shaved dried papaya.  I have shopped in co-ops
and regular grocery stores in many, many cities, and have NEVER seen dried
papaya that was not coated with flour - which keeps the pieces separate
from one another, but makes it very dangerous for celiacs.  Any one alse
know more about this than I do??  Gayle Kennedy
