Hi Listmates:

A friend invited me to join her at a health spa in Calistoga, CA. As I've
never been to a spa that offers massages, hot spring tubs, etc, I am
wondering if there is anything I should ask for GF status in those
services. I did call them about their restaurant foods. It is vegan and
organic (no meat, chicken, fish) and serves eggs for breakfast. They said
we can also bring our own food and cook in their kitchen. It sounds
almost too good to be true for us celiacs! What should I be inquiring re
those clay, Swedish, herbal, etc. massages? The hot spring water tubs,
cold spring swims, etc? Would appreciate your response at your early
convenience.. Thanks!
