Hi,
I am wondering if anyone has dealt with Breadsmith Bakeries, which are
located in various states around the USA? They supposedly make gluten
free bread. The one in my area (metro Denver, Colorado) apparently only
makes it once every two months. Wouldn't that level of frequency raise
concerns of cross-contamination?
For those of you who have dealt with Breadsmith bakeries, what are the
products and how are they? Has anyone had a reaction from them? Are
they fairly tasty and worthwhile?
I'd be glad to summarize.
