The above noted markets in the St. Louis area have responded promptly to
my request for a particular recipe.  Of course, I did not get the
recipe, but was promised any GF recipes they have and that a word would
be put in on behalf of the need for GF foods in the delis.  Very nice
response - and prompt!
The recipe is for Homestyle Mustard Potato Salad - I thought it was
wonderful -
