My name is Bob Ritchie, new to this Listserve, and
tentatively diagnosed with CD a few days ago. I'm
struggling with dietary constraints and would appreciate
guidance on how to make gf bread in a breadmaker. I tried
rice flower but concluded that I came up with a new formula
for asphalt, and nearly broke the breadmaker in the
process. Any guidance on what flour and other ingredients
to use? Can they be obtained at local specialty food stores
like Bread & Circus? Thanks for any help. Bob R.
