My wife is about to go on a skiing holiday to Austria. I have got hold of a
German version of the description of Celiac Disease and what can and cannot
be eaten from an Austrian web-site. She is worried however, that, despite
best efforts, she will have an "accident" and wonders whether it is safe to
use a diarrhoea "blocker" so as not to miss her skiing. (In UK we have a
product called Imodium, which is pretty instantly effective.) Obviously
she's not going to take Imodium before an accident as insurance, this is
almost certainly a _bad_ idea, but is it OK to use it after?
