Hello all,
I recently signed up to this list and recall someone mentioning using
metamucil as a quick/spot fix for gluten ingestion-related cramps etc.
I wish I'd paid closer attention, as I would give anything to not feel
this way right now! All I want to do is lay down and sleep, but I have a
lot of work to do! I am trying to pinpoint what it was I ate that caused
it, but the reality is I have to deal with the cramps right now.
Would you mind relaying info as to how you use metamucil? How soon after
taking it does it seem to help? Is it reliable? Thank you inadvance.
Laurel
p.s. I have a lot of respect/admiration and am grateful to those of you
who so diligently and thoroughly research your dietary intake. It is a lot
of work and very time consuming to have to investigate every single thing
we eat. Your work has taught me tonnes. Much appreciated. Cheers.
