    I adore Fortnum & Mason in London. I sent them an e-mail before I
travelled this time, and got back the letter below, plus another one
assuring me that I would be able to find plenty of GF choices at their
restaurants.
    I did indeed have a very good lunch there, and then spent some
time wandering around, and buying some of the GF items listed below,
including the almond cake to eat on the plane. Very good!
