Hi listmembers,
I am asking this for a friend who would like some YUMMY recipes using
amaranth and quinoa flours. I searched to archives but was unable to find
some with these grains specifically. I have never used these grains before
so if someone could tell me what their consistency is maybe I can suggest
substitue flours. I appreciate any help :) and advice. She would like
cookie, muffin, bread recipes mostly :)
