I am going to make muffins for a workshop full of wheaties (wheat eaters)
this weekend. I just received a supply of the bean flour from Authentic
Foods and would love to receive suggestions on the best muffins. I haven't
tried to make any since my dx. last winter and I sure miss them.
I am looking forward to knowing that I can eat any of the food available
since I am supplying it.
