Great news about my favorite food store- their gluten free list is  on
their website for the East Coast stores, and the list for the West Coast is
being updated.

Maybe they've always had the lists on the Website- I don't know because GF
wasn't a concept for me  the last time I logged in!     Unfortunately, they
still aren't doing mail order but are considering it.  So, unless you're
lucky enough to be near one of their stores, read it and weep.

I just checked the archives and see that there was concern about the
accuracy of their lists in the past.  I hope they've ironed out the
problems.  Just a note of caution-
