Dear Graham and Listmembers,

I faithfully reported to you any and all facts which I received
from Coleman's as I received them. If there was confusion, and it is
apparent that there was, it was on the part of the manufacturer's of the
product.

Graham, you wrote:

No need to appologise for quoting my name... I have nothing to hide, and
what you posted (that I wrote) went out directly to the list anyway.

However, I do take exeption to your calling this a "mustard war." If I am
guilty of anything it is of trying to get at the truth regarding the safety
of one of my favorite cooking spices, and to try and help clear things up.
Nothing more. And, if Coleman's is willing to put it in writing, and into
their warranty no less, then I am happy to continue consuming the product
without fear of being poisoned. At all times my "locality" is evident in
my signature line. I never post without it.

That said: I spoke for myself, and made no recommendations to yourself, or
other listmembers, as to the safety of anyone else consuming the product.

It is at this moment that I begin to suspect that your animostity is
directed towards my last subject title:

"The last word on Coleman's Mustard Powder ;) "

This was never intended to come off as authorative. I merely wanted to
convey my excitement in getting something official, a final word if you
will, from the *manufacturer's*. (note the smiley face which ends the
sentence) If you or anyone else took this inapropriately, then I
appologise.

Sincerely,

Lynda Swink
