Every Saturday at Farmer's Market in Ithaca, NY, a lovely lady from Sri
Lanka sells the cuisine of her homeland. Everything is made with rice
flour. Deliciously mild but full of flavor, and you can use the spicy
chutney if you want a kick of strong taste. I don't know anything about
the foods of the whole country, but I know that in our home, every Saturday
is Sri Lanka for lunch. Mouth watering goodness, and cheap, too. You might
want to look for a restaurant in your area - or even a cook book at the
library.
