It would probably be meaningless to most of us, to list the names of the
many and varied delectable dishes that will be served to us in a family
style.  Ruth and I have eaten at the Thai Classic and were very
impressed with the unique flavors, quality and variety of dishes we ate.

Very little, if any, flavor enhancers (salt, soy, etc.) and NO MSG are
used in the preparation.  The unique blend of flavors are created by
using an abundant amount and variety of quality herbs, vegetables and
spices - as they do in Thailand.  Rice noodles and wrappers are
regularly used in most Thai dishes. When they combine the noodles and
natural flavorings with a variety of chicken, beef, pork and seafood -
and a large dose of culinary skills - the results are delicious. TRY IT
- WE THINK YOU'LL LOVE IT.
