I contacted Ocean Beauty Seafoods Inc this week and asked if their
salmon and tuna burgers were gluten free.  Ms. Lise responded after
checking with their guy that does the mixing that these products are
gluten free.  (800)368-7699.  The patties make a nice quick, and
spicy entree.
