Hi! I have just been diagnosed with celiac sprue. I have been on the gluten
free diet for three months. I have also had some food allergy testing done
which found that I was sensitive to milk and eggs. My question is this, if I
am sensitive to milk and eggs, if I eat them would it damage my villi the same
as gluten? Or would I just have to deal with the side effects of eating milk
and eggs? I presently have tingling in my feet and ringing in my ears which I
am trying to determine the source of. I was also taking heavy doses of
supplements recommended by a nutritionist. So, the ringing in the ears may be
from overdose of B vitamins.  Does anyone else have the tingling or ringing in
their ears or sinus congestion?
