<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

I received this information today from White Wave Company makers of Silk
Dairyless soy drinks. The contact, Patty Berger had replied to me that she
would contact a Celiac organization to better understand what Gluten free
means. This comapany is making an effort. Diane

<<Thanks for being so patient with getting a response. I received an email
back today from the CDF Connections Chair who informed me that our Silk
Dairyless cannot be considered gluten-free since the alcohol in the vanilla
flavoring is distilled from grain.

I appreciate your time in this matter, as well as giving me the opportunity
to get a definitive answer as to what is considered gluten-free. I am
waiting for an answer from another celiac organization, but imagine it will
be the same.

Thanks again for you patience.

Sincerely,

Patty Berger
