Well I seem to have set off a firestorm with my comments about Gluten Free
Pantry. I've heard from a number of people.

I do know that their products can be used with egg and dairy substitutes.

My objection was that it never occured to me that a product labled as egg &
dairy free would require dairy &/or eggs (or their substitutes) in the
preparation of that product.

So when the products came with those instructions, I was very disappointed.
I have attempted to bake other items with dairy & egg substitutes without
much success and I thought I'd found a miracle when I read their brochure.

I will try the GFP products which have been languishing in my cupboard.

Quesion - I've now been told to avoid apple cider vinegar. Anyone have a
good substitute for that?
