For Maine, New Hampshire or North Shore Massachusetts folks interested
in learning more about wheat/gluten free baking, I got a notice about
a class to be held at Rebecca's Kitchen in Portland, Maine on
Wheat/Gluten Free Baking on Tuesday, October 28 at 7 p.m.

Here's the description in the flyer: For health reasons, many
individuals are eliminating wheat from their diet. But that doesn't
mean giving up delicious baked goodies from your diet. During this
class, you'll learn how to make wonderful pies, cakes, and
cookies-without using wheat flour-from Rebecca Reilly, the author of
the recipe book, "Great Gluten Free Goodies."

The recipes in her book are yummy, so the food ought to be good...you
get to sample during the class. The course is $30 and those
interested in the course should pre register. For more
information call 207-879-7722.
