Hi,

I just want to share my experience with a great product I came across
accidently several years ago.  It's called "Swan" Potato Starch Flour (blue
box).  I get it in the flour section of Safeway (large chain grocery store in
western US) and I also saw it in a large grocery chain in New England this
winter (can't remember which store).

It makes a great  white sauce and also is terrific as a thickener for soups,
stews, etc.  It's really easy, too.
