The Dietitian at a large hospital in my area gave me a copy of the Gluten
Gliaden Free Diet that was in the FDA Diet Manual - 1995 Edition.

Under the Dietary Guidelines and Food List it says:
1 C Wheat flour may be replaced by:
1 C Wheat starch
(and also mentioned others such as corn flour, cornmeal, potato flour, rice
flour, etc.)

Are we allowed to have Wheat Starch? Looked in large health food store and
they had not heard of it. Has anybody used it?
Thanks for any info.
