Hello!

I was out all day yesterday and was wearing NO-AD SPF 45 sunscreen.
however, I got a massive headache as soon as I put it on, a REALLY bad
sunburn despite the fact that I put it on 4 times, followed by the runs
this morning. I therefore suspect that this is not a safe product for
me... I was wondering what protection Celiacs use for the sun. Which
sunscreens are safer (gluten-free)? And does anyone know the GF status
of this product? I also was wondering if it is necessary for Celiacs to
wear Medic-Alert bracelets. I didn't think it was, because I don't plan
for people to be feeding me when I am unconscious, but I saw an
advertisement for Medic-Alert bracelets in a Celiac pamphlet from the
Canadian Celiac Association. Thanks in advance for all responses.
