Hello Jane and everyone --

i have checked with the Jelly Belly company not once but twice; both times
I was assured (sorry; don't have any names) that the candy is gf.

Granted, one can never be absolutely sure about the level of manufacturer
sophistication, but they seemed to know what they were talking about; for
instance, they had checked with the suppliers of artificial coloring used
in some of the beans.

I am totally hooked on jelly bellys (only four calories each!) and have
been eating lots of them for months with no evil effects.
