Hi!

Since I am VERY new to this new way of life and am struggling everyday
to find foods that are gluten-free, I have been trying to read as much
as possible. I have one question, though, and I'm sure it has been
covered on your chat list... so you can send private messages to me! I
would truly appreciate any help that I could get!

With spring and summer coming up, I am looking for gluten-free
condiments (like mustard, catsup, mayo, salad dressing, BBQ sauce, etc)
Are most of the ones on the shelf o.k. or is there a mail-order source?
I really love going on picnics and the thought of my hamburger meat
sitting alone with some lettuce on a piece of rice bread just doesn't
appeal to me!

Thanks for the great information that I have been receiving since
joining this list!

Marie
