You can get wheat free tamari sauce. I bought some at my local health food
store. However, it does have alcohol in it, unidentified source. I have
the SAN-J brand and the ingredients are water, whole soybeans, salt, and
alcohol. I don't remember if you mentioned whether you don't eat soybeans
at all! Hope this helps.
