After much research and advice (particularly from Bette Hageman's Book) I
decided to purchase a Zojirushi Bread Machine for the following reasons:

        1) It is the only machine on the market (U.S.) with 2 kneading
rods/blades-- thus, suitably equiped for the heavier GF doughs we
require.

        2) It is completely programmable--to the point of customizing the
baking time
for "special recipes" beyond "white bread", "sourdough", etc...

        3) It makes no noise while kneading, cooling, etc...

The major drawback is price. The Wellbilt machines and others are much
cheaper. Obviously, one has to decide which features are best suited for
his/her needs. Hope this helps.....I love my machine!!!
