As a change for my husband (who has CD) I purchased some sweet brown
rice. I tried cooking it the way I normally cook brown rice, but it
didn't work. It stuck to the bottom of the pan and burned even though
there was still plenty of water.
Can anyone tell me how to cook this stuff? I bought it from a health
food coop and I have 25 lbs. of the stuff!
