First, I would like to express my gratitude to all those who responded to
my request for B.B.Q. Sauces.  Much helpful information was obtained, which
I shall condense.

The following is a list of gluten free barbeque sauces I obtained from the
responses:

 - KC Masterpiece original   ph # 1-800-53-SAUCE
 - Healthy Choice (found in most health food stores), Hickory, Hot & Spicy,
                 and Original
 - Cattleman's - all varieties
 - Lea & Perrins - Bold 'n Spicy, Original, Tomato, Garlic & Herb (as of
                     July  1996)
 - Mr. Spice - has 9 different gluten free sauces. ph # 1-800-SAUCE-4-U

 - Kraft and Heinz have sent out a gluten free list with many gluten free
   bbq sauces. Call and request it @ Kraft:  1-800-268-7808
                                     Heinz:  1-800-268-6641

 - According to the Celiac News Special Edition, Oct, 1996, Vancouver, B.C.
   Chapter (Canada) - Kraft's Bull's Eye Original, Old West Hickory, Raging
   Bull, Honey Smoke, Thick and Spicy Original, Onion and Honey are all gluten-
   free. (I do not know the source of the vinegar)

I was also sent several very good recipes for bbq sauces.  If anyone is
interested, I would be happy to forward these.  Please respond to me
personally.
