There seems to be some confusion as to the definition of a Taco Salad and a
Tostada. The Taco Salad Shell is made with a crisp, bowl shaped flour
tortilla. The tostada is a crisp flat corn tortilla spread with beans and
sauce then topped with lettuce and cheese. As I do not eat dairy, I ask them
to hold the cheese.
