This summary is really a long time coming.  I apologize.

Bill Elkus:  "The last I checked, Prosobee and Next Step Soy were both
GF, but it is always a good idea to check directly with the producer."

Sara Sprung:  "Hey I think most are GF.  You should call the
manufacturers to double check . . ."

HBaker:  "Nutramigen is the only one I know of."

Personally I called Mead Pharmaceuticals and Ross Laboratories and they
both stated all their formulas were GF.  In my opinion it only makes
sense that baby formulas would be GF knowing what I now know about the
digestive system.  However, manufacturers do funny things with the foods
they make.  Personally I think it's best to check with each
manufacturer.
