Last night I wrote about yeast infections and said:
>In addition, the rash which I have had on my chin and nose (off and on) for
>the last ten years; a rash that dermatoligists have treat with antibiotics
>and steroid injections, has cleared up with Zinc Oxide!!!!!! (Zinc Oxide is
>used for another yeast infection -- diaper rash!!!!!)
I have received replys from people saying they will try zinc oxide on their
rashes. Please note: I do not think my rash is DH, I believe MY rash is a
yeast infection. I think the CD makes me more susceptible to yeast
infections.
Please, check with your MD before trying this, I do not know how DH and other
skin problems react to zinc oxide. I have been prescribed many creams and
tried loads of over the counter stuff -- most have made my condition
worse!!!!
