Just an interesting note; At the CSA conference in Dallas
we had a cooking presentation from a chef who lives part time in
Dearborn, MI and part time in Upper Darby, PA. He said he has a contract, cooks
gluten-free foods AND DELIVERS to several hospitals in the Philadelphia
area, with a minimal charge for delivery. Wouldn't it be great to have
