Hello all -
***Can anyone recommend a noodle or pasta maker that, of course, works
well with GF flours? I am desperate.***
The corn and rice noodles you can buy already packaged always come out
sticky and mushy. How do you all get yours to come out like wheat-made
noodles? I have Mrs. Leepers brand noodles and spagetti (made from corn).
[Actually I have tried Energ-E's lasagne noodles (from rice) and they
aren't bad.]
