Hi List:
/Q1 I have a couple very good bread recipes that I like, but the loaves are
just not staying "high" after they're baked. The seem to sink. Any
suggestions i.e. do I need more yeast? (I do not use a breadmaker).
/Q2 Anyone try Dietary Specialties GF pretzels for $1.60 2.65 oz? How are
they? I already know that the Glutano pretzels are quite good.
