I received a return phone call today from Boar's Head Company.  800-352-6277
I was told that all their Delicatessen meats are Gluten Free except the olive
loaf, dutch loaf, and pickle and pepper loaf. It is because of the vinegar
source changing that these three have to be off the list.

My contact assured me that the company researches all the ingredients that go
into their products, spices etc. and has letters from these companies.
Their brochure says that they do not use scraps or extenders, artificial
flavors or colors.

hope this may expand the cold cut choices.  She said they have a pepperoni but
I don't see it in the pamphlet.

They do have cheese but I neglected to ask about it specifically.
