Thanks to all who replied to my question about gaining weight! Here is
a summary.
1. "Want to trade bodies?"
2. "At 5' 11" and 167 what are you worried about!"
3. Try Boost drink
4. Add flax oil to food
5. Exercise hard every other day
6. Get plenty of enzymes.
7. Eat waffles, papaya, and mangos
8. Stir fry in grapeseed oil
9. GET PREGNANT !!!
Well number nine is my favorite. It almost cost me a key board when I
spilled coffee.
I will stop worrying and be thankful for what I have, eat a balanced
diet and start exercising.
