Further on the lecithin thread...Does anyone know if there is a use for
granule lecithin in baked goods? When first starting out on the gf diet, and
buying the ingredients for a bread recipe(which included "lecithin",) I was
given granules (not liquid lecithin) at my local health food store. Since
the bread recipe asked for 1/8 teaspoon of lecithin I thought it rather odd,
but being so new to the whole gf thing I went with it.
