I have eaten and Pappadums with no problem and they were even sold at one of
our support group meetings by a gf supplier called Celia Cooks that sold a
variety of gf items. The are delicious to snack on and come either in a can
of mini ones or a box of larger disk like ones that you can oil slightly on
both sides and put in the microwave until they poof up- or I think the
traditional way is to hold them over the flame on the stove. Either way, they
make a nice alternative to the taco shell.
They have them in the Indian section of the grocery store or I have also seen
them in health food stores.
