I subscribed to PSYCHOAN because I look for discussions regarding consciousness,
identity, will, motive, etc. I am not a psychologist, nor do I have any formal
training in that regard, except a few courses I took a long time ago. I have
become somewhat proficient in contemporary psychobabble, however. I like to
debate philosophical subjects. I am interested in civil rights issues. I am
interested in concepts regarding boundaries, limits, and personal
responsibility.
When I read various professionals, who use the same grammar, sentence structure,
and common logic as myself, I enjoy deciphering their political and social
ideologies, amidst however much verbiage. I find things to clarify or change my
own perspectives. I read style of argument and debate.
I generally chime in on a list if something sounds contradictory, dumb, narrow
minded, or enabling of poor behavior. Sometimes I feel a certain thing can be
said, to compliment someone else.
I subscribe to a lot of lists. I don't contribute too often, since much is chit
chat. I will pay attention here, with more of a view of contributing something.
