Hello everyone
I just heard a tantalizing item on the radio. A "Swedish researcher"
apparently has reported that half of all people placed on a gluten-free
diet do not require this, but merely suffer from an "irritable stomach".
This is treatable, it seems, enabling sufferers to return to a normal diet.
Does anyone have any idea what study this is referring to? Is this going
to make my life even more difficult as non-sufferers will get the idea that
my being gluten-free is somehow not necessary? Or, is there some science
in it - can it help some of us? Do tell!
