800 numbers are never worldwide. Some are USA or Canada only, and some cover
all of North America. It depends on whether the customer pays the extra for
all of North America. Since mainstream food manufacturers distribute by
country, the chances are the number will only within the respective country.
Then other countries have 800 equivalents.

Even if you ask the operator it is unlikely she/he would know.
