Hi all!

I have recently started taking a new vitamin supplement which has something
called "maltodextrin" in it. On the label it says it is "wheat-free," but I
know this doesn't always mean glueten-free.

Is maltodextrin gluten-free? I know that "malt" usually means "barley malt,"
which is not GF.... but maybe maltodextrin is something different??

Thanks, as always!

Yours,
