Just a quick note to the list for those that haven't found
vitamins that are safe...
 
I was very pleased to discover that the vitamins I have
been using for years now (before I knew I had CD) are
Gluten free.
 
The brand name is Nature Made, and they can be purchased
at Walgreen Drug stores (and perhaps elsewhere also).  They
are labeled "Guaranteed Gluten Free" right on the label.
 
Of course, please check to make sure that "your" version of
these vitamins at your local Walgreens are the same ones I
can get in Chicago and are also labeled as such.
 
I believe (hope) that Walgreens is a national chain, or that
you can get this brand at other stores.
